Abstract

Service-oriented government has rich connotation. The construction of service-oriented government must develop the idea of service administration and clear up the official standard consciousness;transform government's functions and rationalize the relationships of responsibilities;implement e-government and innovate service approaches;perfect the supervision mechanism and strengthen social supervision;enhance the rank building and improve service levels.
