Abstract
With the substation automation technology in the electric power system in the gradual application of the substation will require secondary progressive realization of network equipment.Computer relay device as important secondary substation equipment,communication systems to their high demands.Based on the protection of computer communication system requirements, design of the Ethernet and serial communication by integrating communications systems, communications systems on the hardware, related to the completion of the driver software and communications functions in the preparation. Development of the communication system for improving the power system integrated automation level is of great realistic significance.
