Relationship between the stroke and the atrial fibrillation in elders without the pathology of valve

Objective To study the incidence and the reason about the stroke in the elders with atrial fibrillation and without the pathology of valve.Methods The total of the patients is 130,arrange the datum and analysis the stare of illness.Results 46 cases had the stroke,the incidence is 35.4%,but the incidence of the elders without atrial fibrillation is only 19.9%.Conclusion The incidence and mortality rate of the stroke in the elders with atrial fibrillation and without the pathology of valve are increased,so we should take good measures to prevent.
