Research on the Talent Demand Prediction and Talent Development in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone

Using the talent demand quantity in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone,on the basis of historical data,and combining with the reality and future development trend,then using residual regression model to predict the talent demand quantity in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone in future,the predicted results indicate that the effect is good and the accuracy is high.Based on this pertinently,this thesis puts forward a series of suggestions,hoping to provide some reference for the mechanism of talents training reform in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone in the coming years.
