Abstract
The charged nanofiltration membrane was polymerization with a mixture of 2,5-diaminobenzene sulphonic acid(DIA) and polyethylene imine(PEI) as one monomer of interfacial polymerization(IP) reaction, trimesoyl chloride(TMC) as another monomer,n-hexane and water as solvents for TMC and DIA,respectively. In this paper the uniform design was applied to the fabrication of the NF composite membrane and the experimental data was optimized by SPSS software. The optimized conditions are as follows:PEI concentration:1.5%;reaction time: 3 min;DIA concentration:0.25% and acid accepters concentration: 0.15%.
