Abstract

A training scheme for qualified personnel at senior vocational education level is the general design in qualified personnel's training process,it is also the base of teaching management and the important document that guarantees the quality of the personnel.The article conducts the research on how to workout a training scheme and advances basic points of view on how to establish a training scheme for qualified personnel at senior vocational education level,providing reference for working out a professional training scheme.
