Abstract
The thermokinetic model for bacteria growth under extreme conditions has been applied. The growth of thermophilic bacteria and psychrophole in different temperatures were investigated microcalorimetrically, the activation parameters and the growth rate constants of bacteria growth were obtained. The optimum growth temperature and the range of growth temperature were calculated by multivariable analysis method. The increase in entropy of bacteria growth is rationalized by nonlinear theory.
