American expert G·Hofstede chooses four dimension to discuss the cultural influence to organization, namely power distance, unsure avoiding, individualism/collectivism, masculine and feminine. The cultural influence of Chinese company manage model from the four dimesion concept, mainly show out the features as below: 1. there is relative farther power distance in chinese enterprise; 2. Chinese enterprise is apt to collectivism; 3. The lower unsureness in Chinese culture; 4. Chinese culture is apt to feminine temperament.
