Abstract
The production and discharge of pollutants from four hospitals were estimated via the coefficients of production-discharge pollutant. Water pollution sources of these four hospitals were assessed by equal standard pollution load method and unit product equal standard pollution load method. The main pollution sources and main pollutants of hospital in studied area were pointed out according to the calculated results. The results indicated that unit product equal standard pollution load method could reflect the combined influence of pollution source on the environment and economic,which picked out the effect of industry scale for pollution load,but it is unsuitable to assess the pollution source of non-profit unit.
