Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical significance of platelet(PLT) for parturient women. Methods:We analyzed the difference of function of blood coagulation between 143 parturient women(experiment group) and 71 normal women without pregnant(contrast group). Results:There was extreme significant difference(P0.01) between parturient women and normal women without pregnancy on PLT、PT、APTT and FIB.Conclusions:It is important,in the process of parturition,to detect the function of blood coagulation for parturient women in time.
