Abstract
The pricing methods and objective of implementing two gas prices for users along natural gas transmission pipeline are discussed.The influence of the two gas prices on the cost of gas purchased by users along natural gas transmission pipeline is analyzed.The measures for dealing with the mode of two gas prices,and decreasing the cost of gas purchas are put forward,including development of balanced gas consumption users and construction of gas storage facilities with larger volume,such as lined rock cavern gas reservoir.
