The bases of constitutionality review are the fundamental principles for the constitutionality review authority to judge whether the reviewed regulatory documents or public power behaviors are constitutional.Since the bases of constitutionality review shall be absolutely binding,constitutional laws correlated to the constitution,constitutional precedents with feeble binding force,constitutional interpretations without universal binding force and constitutional amendments don't have the qualification as the bases of constitutionality review.
