Abstract
abstracte conventional layout of drainage system of steam air heater in foffil-fired power plant is of pump-deaeratorscheme, in which, ineffective water level control, drain pump cavitation and leakage of air heater etc. faults frequently occur. For this reason, the drainage system of air heater was retrofitted by employing trap-condenser scheme, in which, the system is simple, investment less, easy to operate, effect evident, being adapted to various air heater layout schemes, effectively solving common problems of drainage system of air heater. After retrofitting, operating regulation of the system was flexible, basically without maintenance work, with the equipment operation level and management level improved.
