Abstract
Different forms of N and P in the three sediment cores from Liangzi Lake were measured. The results showed that the content of nitrogen and phosphorus in the sediment core 3 were higher than that in sediment core 1 and 2.The content of NO3--N in pore water decreased obviously, but the content of NH4+-N and total phosphorus in pore water significantly increased with depth. The content of total nitrogen, organic nitrogen, total phosphorus and phosphorus types in the sediment were obviously decreased with depth. The content of NH4+-N in the sediment was significantly increased with depth.
