Abstract
This paper gives a presentation that according to the configuration control parameters of an arch dam,the fitting principle and procedure of the arch dam configuration parameter at the different elevations are studied and the correspondent calculation is programed.In combination with Xiluodu arch dam the paper describes that based on the calculated 3-dimensional coordinates,the arch dam configuration drawings required in the design inclding the arch dam plan with the dam half-radial abutments and the radial and non-radial cross-sections at the different elevations are plotted.
