Abstract
It is a natural and historical process developing from the capitalism to the socialism,the socialist elements can and must constantly accumulate from the capitalist elements in the long-time development of the capitalism,from which the socialist system can establish really. The historical necessity of the development from the capitalism to the socialism embodies sufficiently in the developing process of the present capitalism.It is important for the socialist modernization construction to realize this point of view.
