Analysis on Effectiveness of Pain Nursing Care in Patients with Perianal Disease

Objective To analyze the efficacy of pain nursing care in patients with perianal disease. Methods According to random number table,92 patients with perianal disease admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University from June 2009 to May 2011 were randomly divided into observation group and control group(each n=46).The patients of control group were given the routine nursing care,while the patients of observation group were received pain nursing in addition to the routine nursing care.The efficacy of nursing care was compared and analyzed between the two groups. Results The total effective rates of observation group and control group were 97.8% and 93.5%,respectively,no statistically significant difference was found between the two groups(χ2=0.26,P0.05).Before receiving nursing care,there was no statistically significant difference in the pain scores of patients between the two groups(t=1.19,P0.05).After receiving nursing care,the pain score of patients in observation group was significantly better than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.46,P0.05). Conclusions Pain nursing combined with the routine nursing care has a good nursing effect on patients with perianal disease,and it significantly reduces the patient's pain and improves the patient's quality of life.
