Abstract

Objective To study the characteristics of the ovarian cancer cell lines HO-8910 apoptosis which is induced by chemotheropy drugs and the relationship betweenthe ovarian cancer cheomsensitivity.Methods MTT test methods gets the growth inhabitation percence,the FCM test methods get the chemosensitivity lines to the cell lines uniquely.Results and Conclusions ①The ovarian cancer cheomsensitivity has great correlation with the apoptosis of ovarian cancer.②The in vitro chemosensitivity experimentary of apoptosis has made referance datus for preclinical test of the ovarian cancer in vitro chemosensitivity experimentary.
