Abstract

目前全球感染丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)的人数超过1.7亿,近年来由于对血制品进行严格的常规HCV筛检,使得HCV新感染人数有所下降.因此,使用高度特异和灵敏的HCV检测方法对控制HCV感染至关重要.我们就HCV血清学检测方法中所运用的HCV分子中不同抗原表位进行综述,以便更好地应用于HCV感染筛检中。
