Clinical Analysis of 53 Case of Children Acute Pulmonary Edema

Objective Do clinical analysis of acute pulmonary edema of 53 cases.Methods Do clinical symptoms,signs,cause,treatment methods and treatment effect analysis of acute pulmonary edema of 53 cases who hospitalized in 2009.Results Acute pulmonary edema caused by drowning was most,accounting for 35.8 percent.By active rescue and treatment,49 cases were cured;fading time of pulmonary edema was average 3.6d.3 cases were died of respiratory failure.Conclusion There were many original diseases for pediatric pulmonary edema.It got better therapeutic effect after adopting comprehensive treatment method to treat the original disease and pulmonary edema.
