Abstract
This text aims at the employment circumstance and theemployment competitive ability of the students in higher vocational colleges, and analyses the employment ideas as well as the improvement of their employment accomplishment according to the employment questionnaires. It also studies how to raise the employment competitive ability of the students in higher vocational colleges.
