Abstract
ZL50 wheel loader boom was taken research subject.The boom hinge point was calculated and the structure of the boom was determined.The design of the loader boom was completed and three-dimensional solid model of boom was established.Different operating conditions of the boom was analysis.With the static analysis for the boom done by using ANSYS software,the structure stress responses and displacement responses were got.Danger point and stress concentration of boom was pointed out.
