Abstract
Some basal research was done in capillary electrophoresis for separation of ten enantiomeric pairs of marketed drugs upon addition of β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) or hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HP-β-CD,the substitution degree is 5.5) or their mixture to the run buffer which contained 40 mmol/L sodium dihydrogenphosphate and was adjusted to pH 2.5.The action about enantiomers entrapped in the matrix and the forming action of the inclusion-complexation between enantiomers and cyclodextrin were mainly dicussed. Moreover,we elaborated the significance of side-on-binding versus inclusion in the cavity of the cyclodextrin and the secondary hydroxyl groups acted the most important role.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
