Abstract
The power of science and technology is the main part of overall national power, and it's very important to study it. But now the study of Chinese power of science and technology is rather poor, and there are many problems to solve. These problems are as follows: the meaning and system of the power of science and technology, Chinese contemporary power of science and technology and the strategy of strengthening China through science and technology, the experience and lessons from the strategies of strengthening nations through science and technology, the scientific development theory and the strategy of strengthening China through science and technology.
