Abstract
There are two main methods namely analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in comprehensive decision-making of transmission network planning scheme.It is subjective for the two main methods to determine evaluation index weight completely depending on experts' opinion.And it is difficult to master the AHP scoring rules and precisely use it in the comprehensive decision-making process.The adoption of appropriate membership degree function is also difficult in fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.These shortcomings limit the two main methods application in actual engineering practice.Considering these shortcomings,entropy TOPSIS method was applied to comprehensive decision-making of transmission network planning scheme.In entropy TOPSIS method,the ideal solution and the negative ideal solution were built and decide the quality of planning scheme by the distance to the ideal solution and negative ideal solution.And entropy weight method was used to determine the index weight in order to reduce the subjective factors and uncertainties in the decision-making process.The simulation results prove that the decision-making process is scientific decision-making results are reasonable and credible using entropy TOPSIS method.
