Discussion on Problems and Countermeasures of Classroom Teaching Management in Vocational Colleges

Talent training is the original and basic function of colleges,especially of vocational colleges. Teaching is the central part of vocational colleges,and classroom teaching is the core of teaching. Vocational colleges will lose their competitive edge if they neglect classroom teaching. Colleges,teachers and students are the three parts that can affect the quality of classroom teaching,and the three parts have various effects on the quality of classroom teaching.Management of classroom teaching is undoubtedly a systematic engineering,influenced by all kinds of dominant and recessive factors. Through the recognition and analysis on the factors,an effective way of classroom teaching management will be explored.
