A Preliminary Analysis of the Ballot Problems Existing in Villagers' Election

The self-administration of villagers is carried out in a way called four democracies,namely democratic election,democratic decision making,democratic management,and democratic supervision,among which democratic election is the pre-condition and foundation.In the democratic election,voting and ballot are the most crucial problems,which directly affect whether the election will be successful or not.So perfecting the procedure of voting and ballot means a great deal to the development of our country's construction of democracy at the grass-root levels.
