Abstract
A high performance liquid chromatographic(HPLC)method for the rapid and simultaneous determination of the benzoic acid, sorbic acid and saccharin sodium was developed. The best separation was achieved with analytical column C18 column,250×4.6 mm,5 μm,by isocratic elution with mobile phase methanol/acetic acid(39/61,V/V),flow rate 1.0 mL/min,column temperature 35 ℃,UV diode array detection at 230 nm.The sensitivity of the method was determined by calculating the limit of detection(LOD)for each sample. The peak area of each pesticide was also determined.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
