Abstract

Total nitrogen, protein and lysine contents of three strains of Pleurotus ostreatus and six strains of Flammulina velutipes were determined and analyzed. The results showed that total nitrogen, protein and lysine contents of Pleurotus ostreatus were higher than those of Flammulina velutipes.Total nitrogen content of 27 in three Pleurotus ostreatus strains was extremely higher than that of 5526 and 109, and total nitrogen content of Jin19 in six Flammulina velutipes was significantly higher than that of other five strains; protein and lysine contents of 27 in Pleurotus ostreatus strains and Jin19 in Flammulina velutipes strains were the highest in all the strains, and hence these two strains were comparatively ideal nutrition and health protection food.
