Abstract

Objective To study the hemostatic effects of negative pressure adsorption hemostasis application in kidney.Methods Chosing mongrel dogs,selecting suitable negative pressure through experiment,1cm×0.5cm wound area was made in the surface of both sides of kidney of the mongrel dogs.Negative pressure adsorption hemostasis application was randomly used on one wound area,AristaTM were used on the same wound surface as contrast,the blood loss and time to hemostasis were accurately recorded.Results Negative pressure adsorption hemostasis application had good adsorption when the negative pressure was between 0.04-0.07MPa.The time to negative pressure adsorption hemostasis application and AristaTM was(48.48±1.423)s and(48.29±0.971)s respectively;the blood loss of negative pressure adsorption hemostasis application and AristaTM was(0.683±0.073)mL and(0.581±0.032)mL respectively,there was no statistical significance between negative pressure adsorption hemostasis application and AristaTM.Conclusion Negative pressure adsorption hemostasis application can stick to wound area initiatively and produce good hemostasis effect.
