Abstract
Medical liability insurance is an important system for diffusing and resolving the risk of medical profession. Its function and value have been recognized, but its drawback which may occur during operation has also been ignored. On the basis of analyzing insurance theory and liability insurance practice, the author summarized the drawbacks of medical liability insurance, and suggested measures to cope these problems.
