On Human Beings' Overall Development and Building a Well-off Society in an All-round Way

Abstract
Human overall development is the permanent social ideal. Social development and human development are unitary and opposing as well. Building a well-off society in an all-round way is a new stage of socialist modernization and human overall development is the goal of building a well-off society. We should promote human overall development in the practice of building a well-off society in an all-round way.
