Analysis of a System for Financial Innovation Diffusion

Financial innovation diffusion is the process where financial innovation achievements diffuse among potential users from the diffusion source through certain channels. Financial innovation diffusion is more important than financial innovation itself. To a certain extent, financial innovation and financial innovation diffusion are defined and their relationship is described. The structure, the elements and the environment of a system for financial innovation diffusion are analyzed and its motivation and influential factors are discussed based on the Epidemic Model of technological innovation diffusion. A financial innovation model is presented. It is discussed how to construct a management system for financial innovation diffusion and how to perfect its environment.
