Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Chuankezhi (CKZ) injection in the treatment of silicosis. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of silicosis patients diagnosed from June 2011 to May 2012 in our hospital, were randomly divided into two groups, average treatment courses were 2 weeks. The treatment group of 60 cases used CKZ injection, the control group of 60 cases used aminophylline injection. Results After 14 days, the symptom score and symptom score reduction rate of the treatment group were significantly better than that of the control group (P 0.01); the total effective rate of treatment group was 88.3%, which was higher than the control group which the total efficiency rate was 68.3%, there was significant difference between two groups ( P 0.05); After treatment, pulmonary function (FEV 1 %) of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion CKZ injection can be used to control silicosis symptom, the clinical effect is satisfactory, be worthy of popularization and application.
