Comparative Analysis of Ketamine Combined with Propofol or Remifentanil Used in Total Intravenous Anesthesia in Children

Abstract

Objective:To evaluate safety and reliability of remifentanil ketamine for total intravenous anesthesia in children.Methods:60 cases of pediatric surgery with ASA Ⅰ~Ⅱ grade divided into two groups.Randomized,double-blind group B and F were ketamine anesthesia combined.30 cases of group F,the use of remifentanil combined ketamine anesthesia.30 cases of group B,the use of propofol combined ketamine anesthesia.Had the comparison of two groups in the dosage of ketamine,postoperative recovery time,circulatory,respiratory,the intraoperative restlessness,throat spasms,nausea and vomiting,the incidence of adverse reactions,the situation of oral secretions.Results:Amount of ketamine in group F was less than in B group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P0.05);in F group recovery time was faster than in B group(P0.05);the incidence of children with throat surgery spasm in F group was lower than in group B;oral secretions in F group were lower than in group B;the incidence of respiratory depression in B group was lower than F group;restless and postoperative vomiting was no difference significance in the two groups;in the two groups after induction of anesthesia BP,HR increased in varying degrees,but the increase was not obvious(P0.05),and BP,HR were stable.Conclusion:Remifentanil ketamine for total intravenous anesthesia in children has a good effect,less adverse reactions,short recovery time of a narcotic,but should notice the incidence of respiratory depression.
