Abstract

Taking 100 individuals from seven populations of Stipagrostisgrandiglumis as experiment material,Using the SSR on the basis of group level on the genetic structure was studied. The results showed that high level of genetic diversity was detected,Nei's gene diversity index was 0.2244 and Shannon diversity index was 0.3355.Those two index all had maximal level in YT and lowest level in MSS.The genetic differentiation(Fst) was 0.5475.It suggested that 54.75% genetic variation existed among populations. The genetic distance(GD) ranged from 0.0871 to 0.2441.There was nonsignificant correlation between geographical distance and genetic distance. The results of UPGMA indicated that with 0.14 as the standared genetic distance the Stipagrostis grandiglumis populations were classified into 4 groups.
