Abstract

The financial structure and corporate governance are two most important issues in corporate theory and in practice.They restrict and coordinate with each other,affecting the realization of the maximization of corporate value together.Based on the practical problems in our country,we can improve corporate governance structure and enhance governing performance by optimizing the corporation's financial structure and reforming capital market.
