Abstract

Reform, development and stability constitute the core in Deng Xiao-ping's theory. Among these three elements, stability is placed on a very important position. Having gone through three stages in its origin and development, Deng Xiao-ping's theory is featured by its accordance with times, overall planning a dialectical consideration. Concerning the strategoc cpmcept on China's development and construction, Deng Xiao-ping's theory in this respect includes the stability in politics, economy, society and international environment.
