Abstract
The gasification experiments of Shenhua,Datong and Longko coal with the agents of air and steam at atmospheric pressure were made on a circulating fluidized bed gasification test rig.The effects of steam/coal ratio and type of coal on gasification process were studied. The results show that with the increase of steam/coal ratio, the temperature of lift and the heating value of product gas decrease, the conversion and efficiency maintain or fall appreciably;in the investigated range, the maxmal gasification efficiency could be obtained 53.96% at the feed rate of 10.08kg/h for Longko coal and 43.98% at the feed rate of 6.4kg/h for Shenhua coal, respectively;the more active coal is,the higher efficiency and capacity will be obtained.
