Drill drainage in the treatment of chronic subdural hematoma cause analysis and prevention of complications

Objective To analyze the chronic subdural hematoma complications occurred cause,in order to improve prevention and treatment. Methods 98 cases of patients with chronic subdural hematoma irrigation with closed drainage hole occurred in a variety of complications were analyzed retrospectively. Results All patients underwent surgical treatment,35 patients had postoperative complications,after appropriate treatment were cured. Conclusion The attention to intraoperative and postoperative details of the treatment,prevention of postoperative complications.
