Analysis on the Contribution of Human Capital on Agricultural Economic Growth along the Yangtze River in Anhui

Through establishing agricultural economic function growth model,the empirical analysis was carried out for output of agricultural economic along the Yangtze River in Anhui and human capital investment in education by government during 1995-2009.The results showed that human capital investment had certain promotion effect for agricultural economic development of this region,but the effect was not obvious,mainly because the capital investment was insufficient comparing with developed provinces,thereby,material investment,especially agricultural infrastructure investment were less,agricultural science and technology achievements transformation were slower.The government should take this as starting point,through strengthening the education investment,establishing various measures,actively promoting the resolve of the problems inagriculture,countryside and farmersalong the Yangtze River in Anhui and agricultural economy development.
