Abstract
There are mainly two kinds of languages in commenting on calligraphy which are calligraphy's noumenon and the analogical languages.The latter is to explain in virtue of relevant artistic languages calligraphy's artistic principles and its artistic beauty.Commenting on calligraphy with music language has always been an important method.Calligraphy is composed of stipples;music is composed of harmony and melody.Calligraphy and music have similar compounding laws. The representation of calligraphy's charm and feelings bears the characteristics of the beauty of music.The beauty of calligraphy and the beauty of music are of the same clan with traditional Chinese aesthetics.
