Theory Discussion on Circular Economy for Water Resources

Abstract

Circular economy is an important way to achieve sustainable development of resources and ecological environment.Water resource is a kind of natural resource with economic and social characteristics,the circular economy theory can be applied to the sustainable development and utilization of water resource.Based on the concept of circular economy,drawing on the results of previous studies,the concept and characteristics of water circular economy were enriched and developed and utilization scales of circular economy for water resources were discussed.Then,the utilization mode of water resource circular economy was proposed initially.
