Abstract
In the field of data storage,portable hard disk play a more and more important role.And people paid more and more attention to its information security.Because of system resource cost and security,software encryption has some prob lems.The technology of hardware encryption,is not only very secure,but also independent on system resource,so it is widely used.In order to completed the portable encryption hard disk,USB interface module,ATA protocol interface module,algo rithm module and key management module are designed and implemented.In order to make sure the system’s security,firstly,physical key is used in this system,which is generated by chip,to enhance the difficulty of cracking.Secondly,authentication and key partitioning are used in this system,to avoid blowing the gaff when the hard disk is losed.The experimental result show that this system has a higher data transfer rate,on the premise that system is safe.
