Abstract
Xianglugou gold deposit is an Au-Ag-Pb-Zn polymetal deposit discovered resently. It is located at the intersection of NW Bangchuigou-Suzigou-Changdian fault belt and NE Wolongquan-Fushun tectonic-magmatic belt and at the middle of Muniu-Dongsheng poly-metal-deposit-concentrated area. The area is characterized by favorable geological and metallogenic conditions and structure control and ore accumulation tectonic setting. The deposit lies in optimum spatial position for ore formation of Hanjialing intrussive with large and strong geochemical anomly. The anomly is closely coincided with the known Au mineralization zone. Thus Xianglugou gold deposit is potential and it is hopeful to be a medium-large size deposit.
