Abstract
The paper analyzes the earthquake diseases on the reinforced concrete frame structure,points out the respective measures for the ductility seismic design for the reinforced concrete frame structure from the components layer and the structural layer,and its research result provides the theoretic reference for the quantitative design for the seismic collapse of the reinforced concrete structure and the calculation analysis.
