Abstract
After the founding of the People's Republic of China Mao Ze dong first took the USSR mode of socialist construction as a guide to China's socialist construction, and then applied it to the construction of socialist modernization in China. This so called “leaning to one side” policy was based not only on the communist gospel but also on the relational analysis of the international and external surroundings of China in the early 1950s. Both the achievements it has made and the lessons it has experienced germinate a sprout of the Chinese style Socialism.
