A Brief Discussion on the Political Civilization in Present China

The political civilization results as the political development in a national political institution,conception and behavioural habit in a certain historic and cultural space time. In this paper, the political civilization in present China is conditioned by the four contradictions which fellow:the contradictions between the market personality and the existing political system, the tendency for the unification in the leading political ideology and the pluralization in the world of conceptions, the political ideal and reality as well as the provision for the political roles and that for the market ones. Therefore, it is necessary to design the scheme of the political civilization on the base of the objective elements, to make progress in the construction of the political ideology and the improvement of the political system and to train individuals to form integral and scientific citizen's consciousness.
