Amalgamations and Conflicts between Trade and Environment for Sustainable Development——and analysis to mechanisms of sustainable trade and environment

With the world economy integration, the conflicts between trade and environment are becoming more and more serious. Developed countries take certain measure called Green Trade Barrier to protect environment and restrict imports. Some environmental organizations also show their doubts to GATT/WTO. Under this background, WTO'S agreement definitely pointts out countries should develop sustainable trade on the condition of environmental protection. Sustainable development is our common goal. It's necessary to build reasonable mechanisms and correct trade-environment policyies to harmonize the relationship between trade and environment, develop and strengthen the international cooperation.
