Objective To evaluate the effect of training nursing human resources. Methods In the study, training examination system was regulated for nurses of different levels and training plan was carried out. Multi training including in-hospital training and outside-hospital trainings were both conducted to encourage nurses at work to take part in training of all kinds. A comparison was done between before and after training by way of statistical treatment. Results The comparison showed there were significant differences in nursing papers (P0. 001). learning experience (P0. 001). professional position (P0. 05). learning while in active service (P0. 001) and professional nursing levels (P0. 001). Conclusion In training nursing human resources, we should attach importance to altering training views, build training system, arrange training contents and training personnel, attaching importance to learning attitude, introduce competition mechanism, all of which help enhance the training effect of human resources.
